Overview

The Product Marketing Specialist will work on the marketing team and is primarily responsible for the planning and coordination of all marketing events for the company, measuring marketing and campaign effectiveness. Consistent, timely completion of projects and willingness to work on a cross-department team to overcome/avoid obstacles . This position will also focus on automating processes and discovering trends in customer behavior and is ultimately the technology genius of the marketing team.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

Coordinate and plan all company-related events (trade shows, site visits, All Hands, etc.)
Organize audio/video needs for trade shows / company events, including planning, set-up, recording, and coordinating with marketing team on post-production
Maintain stock of print materials and company swag, including brochures, all trade show collateral (stickers, booth graphics, tablecloths), new-hire kits (mugs, lanyards, pens, and so on)
Propose new ideas to improve marketing activities as necessary
Maintain awareness of trends and new technologies that may be valuable to the marketing team
Serve as a liaison between teams to provide creative input and anticipate technical marketing needs for ongoing projects
Gather data on competitors and analyze prices, sales, marketing methods, and distribution for all product lines
Collect and analyze customer demographic data, preferences, needs, and purchasing habits to identify potential markets and product demand
