Determination of Utility Conflict and conflict resolution
Preparation and submission of Utility Agreement Assemblies
Reviewing and documenting the progress of the permitting and relocation effortsRequired Experience – Education and SkillsExperience in preparing relocating utilities using Utility Adjustment Rules (UAR) and/or Joint Use Agreements (JUA)
Design Build experience a plus
Must be able to demonstrate strong negotiation skills
Supervisory experience of projects and personnel preferred
Bachelor degree and Professional Engineer license a plus
