In-depth knowledge of the following systems and software programs: REMOTEVIEW, IEC, and NES)
Knowledge of and experience with ArcGIS, ArcSDE, ArcView, ArcIMS, ArcTools, the Integrated Exploitation Capability (IEC) system, SocetSet, TerraExplorer/Builder, RemoteView, ERDAS IMAGINE, MRSID, VB/VBA (or some other object oriented programming/scripting language), Oracle and other appropriate software to analyze geospatial data.
Knowledge of the Intelligence Community.
Ability to work independently with minimal or no oversight.
Knowledge of soft copy exploitation functionalities.
Knowledgeable of multi-spectral imagery exploitation.
Knowledge of terrorism-associated issues.
Attended either the Geospatial Intelligence Training Program or equivalent.
Knowledge of database entry and graphic design principles skills.
Knowledge and experience with digital cartography, image processing, computer technology, geographical information systems (GIS), geospatial production techniques, remote sensing, photogrammetry, or earth science/physical science, or engineering/mathematical discipline.

Applicants may also support NGA’s Source Operations Directorate in providing the ability to register and adjudicate GEOINT user’s needs, develop strategies to acquire or produce all GEOINT sources, and manage/monitor the delivery of all GEOINT sources to those creating actionable intelligence.
