RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical leadership in the area of expertise
Participate in defining new projects and writing technical proposals.
Development and testing of innovative methodologies and workflows using hyperspectral, multispectral, and SAR datasets.
Image processing, classification, target and anomaly detection, change detection/monitoring.
Analysis and integration of data from multiple sensors and platforms.
Writing technical reports and presenting results.
QUALIFICATIONS

A postgraduate degree in a scientific discipline and relevant work experience.
Experience with applications of remote sensing for aquatic and/or terrestrial environments.
Technical leadership skills demonstrated in a consulting environment.
Experience using remote sensing and GIS software
Experience in programming
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively and adapting to changing priorities
Canadian Citizen or permanent resident, able to obtain Canadian security clearance
